I was looking for a certain Ford F-150 online. I had a number we needed to be at for payments and Tylor at Junge North Liberty was able to work with me and I walked away with a 2015 Ford F-150. I appreciate that Tylor was personable and didn’t push anything on us.

I started working with Alicia back in March to trade into an SUV. We ran into a few speed bumps, on my end, not Junge’s and I wasn’t able to get the car then. Junge Mazda is the best place to buy a car. They treat you like family, they don’t keep you waiting for hours. They are very willing to work with you on sales and service. Perry knows Mazda cars in and out, he has a great sense of humor and taste in music. Tammy in finance is awesome she is not like other finance people where they are pushy and try to sell you everything she is so very caring. Well, how do I start... Alicia Thomas and Andrew Swallom were so unbelievably patient in our experience. We weren’t in a rush to buy, and they weren’t in a rush to get us into something we wouldn’t be happy with. From delivering the car to me to test drive, to making sure the color and interior was just as we wanted, they never made us feel pressured or obligated. I highly recommend Alicia Thomas at Junge Cedar Rapids! She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I am completely satisfied with my experience. Junge Cedar Rapids was a pressure-free environment and I received great customer service. I also enjoyed working with Tammy in finance, who saved me a step from going to the credit union, and Andrew was helpful in the negotiating aspect of the deal. Overall, I will definitely recommend Junge Cedar Rapids to anyone who asks!
