1st and LAST Time-Worst Customer Service EVER – I wouldn't even rate it 1 star but it wouldn't publish without a rating... The 1st and LAST time I will go to Jung Ja. I sat in the lobby area for 15 minutes before anyone even greeted me. My appointment began a half hour late, with no apologies. I mentioned I had another appointment after and was assured it would be fine, not so much, I was late to that appointment. I was charged A LOT more then I was told the cost should have been. User review by mstaste – the head an neck massage before each hair cut is worth the price alone. the aroma is always pleasant and atmosphere. it's a great place for me time.
