Let me start by saying the staff is very nice! Gracie is wonderful!! Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with my pedicure or manicure. I told her I want my nails sharp and square and she did the opposite. My nails started to chip the 5th day which is totally unacceptable. I showed one of the nail techs of how of I wanted my feet and she had to get another nail tech to accommodate me. The prices need to be a little lower but this isn’t a 5 star nail salon. Once again, the staff is nice and it’s clean but they deserve 3 stars.
Use to be an affordable place until June wasn't there when I came in. The chunky shoulder length black hair woman acting like she no speak English over charged me. To be clear to her what I wanted I pointed to the sign on the wall that had the name and price of the manicure I wanted. It was $35.00. This thief charged me $85.00. You greedy thief I you lost me as a customer forever. I don't like anyone using a fake language barrier to cheat anyone as you did. If I could go lower than 1 star I would.
