This place is a dump, and over-priced because of that. But we have a elderly relative that lives there, so that's why we were there.

Have lived here for 21yrs it's my home everything I need is within walking distance right downtown restaurants post office 2 food stores walking distance to all the downtown festivals rent is good for this area

If you like a good night sleep, and don't wanna be financially shamed, I wouldn't move here. Building is so hallow you hear everyone and everything that happens in the units surrounding you.. When concern of structural integrity is brought up the owner shames you for not owning a home. Like the rent here is less then a mortgage or something? Oh forgot america is set up to keep the poor poor even though a mortgage would be less then this rent...

I've lived here for 4 years now and have nothing but good things to say. This is the best apartment complex you will find for the price in this area. They are very fast with maintenance requests, which isn't always the case elsewhere. They also do not regulate your heat in the winter, which I highly appreciate.
