Great at first but the place we rented constantly needed repairs as the owner didnt seem to want to ever actually upgrade anything. June Maeda suddenly stopped returning our calls and maintenance requests. Such things as the handle completely broke off the back door so we have no way to lock it. A/C in our bedroom stopped working. Ignores our calls and messages. Well have to fix it ourselves and take it out of the rent at this point. June Maeda seemed like a decent real estate professional, but she turned out to be a huge fraud & the house she managed & rented to me at ************************************ in ******* was a total disaster house!
