I went to this practice for some lactation support. The Doctor was great but found the cost to be ridiculously high as I was charged the long consult fee for both myself and the baby ($400 plus) which came as a shock to me.
This has been my local GP for 19 years. Was faultless. I can only recommend you avoid now. Was sent message to call. Then charged $99 for 2minute 9 second phone call to say you results are perfectly normal. Do not read reviews from over 18 months ago. Read recent reviews.
I've have had many thorough consults with Dr. Fuller over the years and whilst he wasn't available today, had my first consult with Dr Kimmins this morning who was incredibly thorough and helpful. I have never felt like a 'tick and flick' patient at this practice and its really appreciated.
Practice was fantastic under Dr Graeme Wright. Now it's down the toilet. They charge you for everything even for scripts you've been on for a lifetime. Lack of duty of care, cause unless you can pay you won't be getting any medication you need. My advice is choose another practice. Duty of care is non exsistant.
I just saw Dr Amber Kimmins. I am so happy to find a capable, experienced doctor. Actually, I have been going to this practice for 33 years., I have seen many either retire or resign. Finally I have found someone I believe, to be one of the best doctors Ive seen in a long time. Thank you Amber, I congratulate you on your excellent professionalism. You stand out. Eleanor Martin
