I wasn't comfortable Facility is fresh and clean. Staff is courteous however I felt as though I wasn't being as informed about certain procedures as I should have been. More intricate procedures (i.e. rootcanal) are referred out, making this just a basic dentistry facility.
Thank you for a great dental experience!! My 7yr old son had a tooth ache. So I thought I should get it checked out. I called a few minutes before 9am and they saw him at 10am. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Turns out, my son's tooth had to get pulled. Later that day,he said how much he liked this dentist. More than his usual dentist, which he has been seeing the past two years. He practically begged me to make Family Denistery our new dentist. RecommendedAwesome experience both times. I used to go to another place closer to my house. The proceedure for a filling was twice as long and not very good. Staff was not rude per say but very dismissive. Your staff was friendly and informative. Christian music was a plus. Very professional Doc. Thanks!

I grew up wanting to be a dentist. I absolutely loved the dentist! After coming here, I am terrified and still crying.. I don’t recommend it, especially if you have children.
I called today as they messed up every tooth rather than fixing the issues. Everything they did fell apart. Called today. Told them I’d be willing to go after them with insurance/attorney as they caused much more damage than help, receptionist said have fun and good luck! Then proceeding to hang up. Have reported them to BBB and will seek legal help along with my insurance going after them. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to see who might care a little more than these crooks.
Lack of communcation is in abundance here I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism I experienced today. I have been working with Junction City Family Dentistry and Manhattan Oral Surgery for months now getting an implant. I came in for my appointment today and they informed me after waiting for 40 mins that the didn't check to see if they had the stuff to take the impression for my crown to finish the implant.
