I had a very disappointing experience trying to schedule a service appointment at this dealership. Since this location is much more convenient for me, and we've had previous vehicles serviced here, I wanted to start bringing my truck here instead. Instead of helping me, I was told I needed to continue using the dealership where I purchased the vehicle because they would know what services had been performed and what parts had been used. Tom Bond had everything ready when we arrived, once paperwork was finished Tom sat in the car explaining how to use the Super Cruise and other new apps we were not familiar with. GREAT experience at Junction Buick/GMC. LOVE our new car!!
