Scheduled an oil change online, got an appt the next day, service was completed quickly
Update to review. Had vehicle for an additional 2 weeks and got almost all issues fixed. Still having a couple issues but can't blame them. Could be the manufacturer itself
These guys are great, the service is great, and Brandon is awesome.
Had an oil change today and the tire rotation completed and advised to replace a clamp on coolant hose. Total bill $117.00. Not bad but even better we were asked to return b/c the tech forgot to put a bolt back in the cross member. Don't know what a cross member is but assumed it's important. Turned around and went back. To my surprise for that inconvenience, they removed the entire charge for the service. That was a pleasant end to the afternoon at Junction. Great customer service. :)
All the employers are friendly and helpful willing to listen to my questions. I waited for an oil change on my Jeep Wrangler and enjoyed a good cup of coffee and some morning news shoes. I’ll be back!
