Very disappointed in the service provided and the lack of actual diagnostic testing completed verses tech assumptions. Based on assumption we were asked by the Advisor to pay a very large dollar amount to fix or replace what it “might” be. We had to continually ask questions and explain what had already been done before they would consider looking elsewhere. We had a great buying experience at Junction Auto Family. Gordon was super helpful in finding us a vehicle for our new driver. He is not your typical pushy salesman. He took his time, making our experience enjoyable, incorporating town history into our test drive. We would visit again if we are ever in need of another vehicle in the future.
Didn't fix any issues. Have to take back. Said they drove truck per invoice, but milage was same as drop off. Nothing fixed.
For a repair of a rack and pinion on my 2016 Chrysler town and country you were plus 2 times higher then where I took it to a certified mech.
