The front desk staff could be friendlier when coming to check in. It almost seemed like it was an inconvenience to them to take a break from what they were doing to get me checked in. All the other staff members are phenomenal!

My recent visits are to pick up my invisilyn trays which take about 5 minutes but I'm waiting in the waiting area for 20 mins.
