I am not a fan of the dozen plus screens at intake for each follow-up visit. I think it really needs to be streamlined. I am also agreeing to paying for canceling an appointment after I have shown up. I guess I am agreeing to the next appointment in six months to a year which seems silly to be honest. The intake is inpersonal and feels like I am in a number in a clinic seeing thousands.
I really appreciated being given my exam before my cleaning since the doctor was available at that time and didn't want to make me wait later on. I felt like everyone valued my time and comfort.

Wait time in waiting room past my apt time and wait time between cleaning and seeing dentist were the only issues - everything else was good
