The whole experience for my endoscopy was very comfortable, starting with Nicole getting details and prepping me for nurse Cherie (love the accent and sweetness) and Morgan in Op room. (Evidently I "hi-fived" her on my way out) Overall great experience
I can't say enough about my recent experience with TDDC and Dr. Siddiqui and staff. My endoscopy/colonoscopy went smoothly and the entire staff was very professional.
Dr Siddiqui is hands down one of the best gastroenterologist I have the pleasure of meeting. Very thorough, excellent bedside manners, knowledgable and expert in his field.
I found Doctor Siddiqui from another specialists and he suggested him for double balloon enteroscopy procedure. everything went smooth and easy and his PA Jill Hamburg made everything ready for us with no wasting time, everybody there are super friendly and professional we have a medical clinic and I know lots of surgeons and doctor Siddiqui is one of the best surgeon I have seen.
A procedure was scheduled for 7 a.m. Orders for medications were supposed to be called into the hospital by noon the day before. He did not arrive to sign for the orders and couldn't even be reached. This was unacceptable.
I first used Dr. Siddiqui several years ago with scaring from ulcers in stomach. He has always given excellent treatment. The problem reoccurred recently and am receiving excellent care now.
I highly recommend Dr. Siddiqui as he is knowledgeable, professional, caring and warm. I was completely relaxed and felt secure that he will find my problem.
I will never recommend Dr. Siddiqui to another patient. I spent over one year visiting and taking very expensive tests with no results. Was given sleeping pills and anti depressants (which I never took). Finally went to another GI doctor and he found my problem in less than 10 minutes and one simple defecation MRI. Now working to correct the problem (if it is not too late already). Currently, still suffering through. Wait time in lobby was over 1 hour. Disappointing and expensive.
Complicated patient and they treated me like if I did not care and they did not know how to deal with my condition. You cannot be in disagreement, or question things. Information does not flow nicely between all the doctors in the practice. Not recommended.
