Great service and doctor treated always with respect
I did really enjoy meeting with Karen, but I would not recommend this company. I was under an EAP program and kept getting bills- I would reach out to billing at least twice (I only had 3 appointments) to correct it but never got a response or communication. Today, after they withdrew $180 from my bank account, I confirmed with the EAP that they did pay as well. Marika was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help me schedule my therapy appointment and was so hands on throughout the entire process. She patiently assisted me with insurance, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Very informative and educational! Alex is very noligable and nice.
Not many ppl really care about helping ppl but Alex has a genuine interest in uplifting and helping ppl that come into contact with him succeed.
