Great people and coffee. The bagels are not real bagels, they are like what you would find on a shelf in a grocery store... dinner roll.. if you know what I mean. You won’t find a real bagel on the strip so if you are going to have one, the people are great and the sandwiches they make are great, even a sandwich with fake bagel. Given its location it’s a 4 star. Put this place in Manhattan.. it’s a one star. I hope I didn’t emphasize the bagel thing too much. They do other stuff too. I just can’t get past the bagel thing.
Stayed at the Hampton House hotel right next door and came to grab coffee and breakfast a bunch of times during our stay. The coconut iced coffee is delicious and they have the best donuts and breakfast sandwiches! The staff are really nice and the place is very clean. I loved that they were open early so we could grab coffees before we watched the sunrise. Definitely will be returning for more next time we’re in Hampton beach!
Absolutely a 10 out of 5 even the price wasn't to bad considering it's on the beach. Seriously one great frozen mocha latte. The worst part about it was the last sip. THERE WAS NO MORE LEFT!! lol . Deegan got a chocolate frozen shake. Yum yum yum yummy!! He loved it. It was real good I even had to taste test it a few extra times. You know to make sure it was good lol if you know what I mean.
Went there yesterday for breakfast. Got an ice coffee and a blueberry Danish. Both were very yummy. Staff was friendly. Good place. Next time might go at lunch and get one of there bagel lunch sandwiches.

Been at the beach a week, every morning we enjoyed breakfast here. As mobbed as they get, staff handles every order with care and gets your order as quickly as possible. Great food, great people, can't ask for more!
