I had my first kangoo jump class yesterday, it was so much fun!! Its a power packed cardio session which also seems so much fun. I want to do better in my next classes, practice ofcourse improves your stamina and balance on the kangaroo jump shoes. Michelle is a great instructor, love her energy! She’s also a very nice and warm person to interact with, which is what pushed me to sign up for my next class.
