I think it's a great place for the kids, they had a blast. However they can do better as far as party booking. They didn't have a great selection for decoration just the basic non gender specific decor. The host was nice but not friendly and inviting enough, real non chalant. We asked if we could change up the decor to be more girly or color the birthday girl liked an she said no. Didnt really make an effort or care about accomodating. You may as well pay less for the Build Your own party.
It was fun for the kids cheap place for a little party but bathroom was nasty and the manager did not clean it after we asked her over five times the staff need better training and they need to clean better but other that it's ok for kids under 10

We love this place. Easy, walk in, great price, great options, more than just bounce houses. Great place for a play date and to let your kid exert energy. I have been coming here with my grandkids for over a year. It is clean and none of those pits with the little balls, 🤢. It's relaxed but the rules are clearly posted in more than one place for anyone who can read. If you ask they say no food and they do provide it for parties. If you just come in with a couple kids to jump I bring snacks, drinks and sometimes McDonalds, they do not say anything. Took my grandkids and they had a blast until the end. We had never been here and was not told when paying and signing guardian forms of any rules to the site. Close to the end I was approached by a teen worker who stated they needed socks on to play in the bounce areas. I told her I didn't know but we have socks. I was walking them to the toddler area to put the socks on them and was then approached by I'm guessing the owner (a large man) who rudely stated they could not play in the area without socks, I told him one of the ... read more
The kids had a great time. I liked they had a separate area for toddlers!
Its a great place.I take my grandkids all the time.You can leave and come back and you can take food in there.Adults can just sit and watch tv,read or play on phone.We stay for hours at a time for one price.
