Great place to take your children when they want to jump, run, scream, and meet new friends. We’ll be back!!!
I love this place, it is not very crowded and it is adequate for small kids.
Came here for the first time for a bday party. My daughter had a blast but they need the staff to pay more attention to the bigger kids running around. They ran into a few of the toddlers in our party more than a few times because their parents weren’t paying attention. But overall we had a good time in the toddler section!
My family had a blast. We came on a Saturday and it wasnt overcrowded and it's so open it's easy to keep an eye on all your kids at once theres also a tiny arcade and the prices are cheap for a family of 4 we paid $18.50 would have been less but we had to buy socks �totally considering having my son's next bday party here!!!
My granddaughter enjoyed herself but when her and her mother got ready to leave she noticed that someone had took her jacket. When my daughter called me and told me about what happened I called jump mania and spoke to a manager (Jan). I'm giving them 2* because during our conversation I ask her what is your protocol if a child go missing and what safety measures does jump mania has to make sure all the children are safe. We have owned Jump Mania for four years, and in that time, I'm happy to say that we have not lost a child or had a serious injury. I attribute this to the procedures we have in place to keep all of our kids safe and injury free. I do NOT feel safe my 1 and 5 months old baby to play at jump mania , because the older kids also play at the younger kids area. During my several visits to jump mania I have not seen the owner has ever checked or controlled for the older kids not to play at the younger kids area for safety purposes. But my older son loves playing there.
