Dealt with chaira and she was wonderful. Very helpful.
I’m immensely grateful to Karan in the Jump store at Mayfair Mall for his knowledge and service in helping me recover the use of my new iPhone 17 pro! His calm demeanor and expertise is priceless!!
I wanted to see a case out of the box. That was considered impossible as apple does not allow them to do that. Another instance we wanted repair assistance but they could only help if Apple authorized first. Just seemed like apple handcuffs them regardless of how eager they are to help.
Sandeep was super helpful with providing purchase advice and with setting up my new phone.
Chiara was exceptional in providing quick and efficient service for my data transfer. Thank you!
