Recommended place to chill and the service was excellent addition to a marvellous view..
3 of us were there last week for Happy Hour. First of all, the windows were filthy despite the fact that it hasn't rained for a while. For a place whose USP is the view of AD, this is unacceptable. Secondly, the service leaves much to be desired. We asked for an alternative to popcorn (really? Popcorn at Ray's?) and was told there was nothing else but we can purchase bar bites. Bad experience to us.We stayed there just two minutes,smells too much of cigarets even in "no smoke" zones and windows must to be clean if you would like to see the view
