Didnt appreciate the service or response from staff and manager with regards to the red wine on the Happy hour menu which was unavailable.....I feel as the customer, I should have received a substitute for the same value.

Went there last Thursday with my husband to celebrate our Anniversary. We waited for 10 minutes and no one wants to serve us. My husband decided to go in the bar to ask for Beverage Menu. Cocktails are good and the food looks good so I ask the waiter if I can order he said the kitchen is close ( I just saw one waitress brought out some food suddenly the kitchen is close?!?!!).
