The staff is super friendly, but I never get my complete correct order. Most recently, I called in an order and it took two different employees to take the order. I was told I was told I was confusing. I don’t think my order was special. It was directly off the menu. When we picked it up, it was incorrect. Maybe it was just new employees, but don’t place blame on the customer.

Ate there for the first time today. very pleased. Customer Service was great, food was awesome, besides....my daughter had the supreme nachos, they had, melted, grated cheese instead of their awesome cheese sauce I had my burrito smoothed in.
Food is always good. Service at the Wadley location is bad.
The food is delicious and the service is quick that’s why I recommend jumburito. However the young girl wearing glasses that works the drive thru needs a serious attitude adjustment if she is going to be the face of this restaurant. If you hate your job QUIT.

If you want to hear a busy signal, try and call your order in to the Wadley location every Saturday morning.
Was on hold with call in. For 11 minutes and could hear people whispering they didn’t want to take the call. Terrible service.
