The Jumbo House has been here since the middle 1960s when a little old man and his wife moved here from up north, and lived in a mobile home in the back. They were very particular about the food. The little old man would only make one order at a time, passing it up to his wife who would carefully wrap the burgers. It was extraordinarily good, but oh soooo slooow. Since Jana has had the restaurant service is really fast, really good, and few weeks go by that I don't drop in for lunch. Try it, and trust me.....you will love it... read more
Go there often but made the mistake yesterday of getting regular fries. As usual, they had NO crisp and were terribly undercooked. Please make sure you order the curly fries or you will be sorely disappointed!!!
My favorite burger in town and love the people! It's one of the few places my kids actually love to eat at also!
