RecommendedMy husband and I went in today to have his wedding band sized down. It didn’t need cut and soldered so they did the sizing for free and then cleaned both our bands. Subsequently I selected a gold ring my husband ended up but for me for Christmas. It’s beautiful. A shout out to Liz and Karen for providing an excellent experience!
Very disappointed with the customer service I received. After searching for an engagement ring I found what I was looking for, and Julz popped up in my search as a carrier for the vendor of the ring. I took the info to the store and the young lady said they indeed had a relationship with the vendor could get the ring as they didn’t have it in their store. About 4-5 years ago my mother had her wedding band diamond as well as the diamonds of both of my grandmothers wedding bands reset into this gorgeous piece. This ring holds so much value to me as my grandmothers and now my mother are no longer living. It was my mom’s prized possession that she passed on to me when she died.
