If I could give a 0 review I absolutely would.. I had the worst ever experience here as my first time coming to this salon. I frequent salons often and never have I ever had such terrible service like this. To start, I was in the area and decided to call ahead to see if they took walk ins for a soak off acrylic nails and manicure with polish service. They said yes it would be 20 minutes. I went for the first time for a dip. My nails were filed like I have never had them filed before. She also cut me while trimming the cuticles. I did not see any sanitizing of the nail clippers. They have my blood on them! With the dip, my nails are supposed to be strong. She filed my nails down so much that they are bending. The dip is barely covering my nails. They are already cracked. The place was not want and welcoming. Will not be back

the environment was very unwelcoming, I was laughed at and made to feel stupid for asking questions. the nails also weren’t that great and were pretty expensive.
