Horrible experience or lack there of with this doctor and Optum Care. I had to make an appt (tele-zoom) just to get my lab results and the absolute worst part about it is that this doctor didn't have the decency to follow through. No call, no cancellation, nothing!!!!
I would give zero stars for the supposed evaluation I had w/Dr. Dilpreet Julka. She was so unsympathetic to my needs and was rude, very unprofessional, like she was in a hurry. I will not be going back to her nor recommend her.
