She was absolutely amazing!!! She is so thorough and knowledgeable about your specific hair care needs. She asks all the right questions to work with you to reach your hair goals. I have been trying to go blonde for a few years and could never get what I wanted, but with my first visit she helped lighten up my hair beyond what I even imagined was possible. The first visit took 7 hours but she takes her time with you to make sure your hair is processed correctly with minimum damage. I will definitely be going again!!!

Julissa is a blonde expert! She is personable and great at explaining her process and what would be best for my hair and skin tone - this was so helpful as I have never been fully blonde. My hair feels and looks great; I love the blonde hair color she created specifically for me!
