Back in April of last year. I was sent a rose arrangement from Juli’s flower shop. The arrangement that was ordered & paid for was an arrangement of 3 dozen red roses & I only received 2 dozen. The roses were dying already, with black dots. The chocolates were not the ones he paid for. He tried to contact them via telephone & email but they never responded. Poor customer service.
