Sergio, the Transmission "EXPERT" was very honest and knowledgeable. He was well acquainted at what temperature the 2008 XJ Jaguar has to be when you check the transmission's oil level. If it's not checked at the right temperature, it will give a false reading. Hence, cause problems. He knew the right procedure and was very thorough in explaining things that was very understandable, and the price was more than fair. I’ve known this business for over 20 years. Way before they moved into their current location. And I’ve gotta say THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT! I recently brought in to them my 2018 Subaru Outback because of an “AT oil temperature” warning on my dash. After Sergio diagnosed it, it turns out it was a bad sensor in the valve body. But instead of quoting me for a new valve body replacement that would had costed me thousands (as maybe any other shop would have done). Well I was very happy that they were going to give me a reconstructed trasmission and they gave me one that they had not even touched I paid for it $1900 and I paid to put it $500 and I don't work I take it back and they charge me another $750 And they took my car to another workshop to see what the problem was without asking me and that workshop now wants to charge me $600 more They don't want to give me the car if I don't give them the $600 dlls ... if you can't fly RUN because they are THIEVES The good review is because t... read more
