Nick and Chris were excellent, professional, honest, and did a phenomenal job! We had several puppy pee stains, and they completely removed them along with the lingering pet odor. Our carpet looks and smells like new again. I highly recommend them and encourage everyone to support this well-run local small business!
We had a red wine spill on our cloth sofa on a Saturday evening. We had a similar experience several years ago and we contacted Julington Creek Carpet Care. They were able to completely remove any trace of the red wine stain on that visit so we kept their contact information. On this incident, since it was a Saturday evening, I just sent them a request on their website to contact us when they opened on Monday.
