Had reservations, but got stuck upstairs in a cold corner. Waitress took are drink orders then brought back stale bread. 10 minutes drinks came and the cheese to go along with stale bread and bland olive oil. Dinner platters only include the main meal. NO SOUP, NO SALAD, NO VEGETABLE!!! Dinner four Four with 5 drinks and tip was over $100 and we all left hungry!!!! They claim Italian menu, but there wasn't not a big choice of food either!!!!
Went there-didn't seem that busy. I had my children with and they ordered spaghetti. They ran out....yes ran out of the entree spaghetti. Oh, but they did have a side of spaghetti. Food was definitely not worth the price.
We were there February 13th and had a horrible experience. Bad service, over priced food and just all around bad experience. Management called us the next day to apologize to everyone who had a reservations that they could get a hold of. They told us wait staff didn't show up cook walked out and something in the kitchen broke. They said they would make it better by giving us a 20 percent off by e-mail that would never expire, we just received it "almost a month later" and it expires in April. Juliet ' s brought us back in for lunch today to redeem themselves from the weekend. We had a great lunch, service was awesome, We had their sausage pepper sandwich and lobster roll. We will definitely be back bringing friends and family. Thx Juliet ' s!!!!!
Worst experience ever! We waited 20 minutes before we finally had to flag down someone to find us a server. I feel really bad that we decided to dine there tonight because we were obviously putting the server out by having him have to wait on us for what seemed like the next 5 his of our lives. When we asked to speak to the manager kim, who was very nice, she assured us she would be back to check on us....I'm sure I misunderstood and she meant on our next visit because we never saw her again. That pork chop was bomb...service was ehhh, there was no hostess at the hostess station when we got there and employee after employee just looked at us or walked by. Bad way to start a first time visit. Our waiter was very strange and they didn't clean off the table next to us until we were leaving and it was dirty with food since the moment we sat down....good food, bad experience, enough so that my wife and I will not be returning anytime soon
