First time yesterday. Fried calamari, the best we have had. Mushroom ravioli was amazing as was the bread pudding!!! Service, Catlin, was great!
This was my first time here, our waiter even knew this, it was absolutely a bad experience!!!!! The food was nothing to brag about! If this is what they serve and how they treat their guest I do not know how they stay in business!!!! Worst service i have ever had. Our waiter ignored us, which cause other wait staff to attend to us. Multiple complaints and each time our waiter(Mark) would come knock our table with his leg, very violent if i say so myself. My husband and I traveled out of town for a show, when going to any restaurant you expect great service. It was horrible!!!!

We are Joliet Natives and were so excited to try out this "gem" prior to a show at the Rialto. What a disappointment. We made reservations for 5:15 and we're seated at 5:15, but still didn't have our food out at 6:45. The show started at 7 so we took it to go and ate it after the show. Our waiter was great but spread too thin. The food was mediocre at best. We won't be back.
My husband and I ate here tonight. We both agree that it was one of our worst experiences. First, we sat down and waited 30 minutes for someone to come and take a drink order. A lady, who I assume was the manager, came over and took our drink order and stated it would be put right in. A waiter finally came over at that point and took our food order.
