I had a very disappointing experience at Juliet Salon and would strongly caution anyone considering going here for blonding services. First, Juliet was an hour late to my original appointment. Things only got worse when I had to come back to have my hair fixed. She changed my appointment time without asking and told me it was the only time she had and that I would need to come then. Terrible experience. I mean, just awful. The owner is mean and entitled. The service is terrible and good luck getting what you asked for. There is no refunds and they will also change your appointment whenever they like. Just go to Supercuts or something, you’ll have better luck there! Only one star because zero isn’t an option.
