It was great! The food, I had the french dip with sauteed kale, others liked their meals, as well. The view of the lake was beautiful and our server Dena, was very attentive and knowleable of the menu.
Everything our party had was great. I ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich & didn't think it was spicy at all (I was expecting a little kick from the description in the menu). I really missed the grilled grouper sandwich that the previous owner had. We aren't locals & when we visit relatives, we always make it a point to stop. I hope the new owners bring back the grilled grouper because you can get catfish anywhere. My husband said he really liked the fish & chips. They were pretty busy & our server was very attentive.
My new favorite place! Blackened Catfish was amazing. A must visit... wait maybe I should just keep this place a secret.
First time visiting this place today, I use to pass by it everyday wondering what this place was and my family wanted to try it. So glad we did, the view is beautiful and the food is amazing. I’m going to be visiting often �
Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere. Only suggestion is to provide an option for buffalo sauce for the chicken sandwich and wings. The spicy honey it comes with currently is to die for; however, buffalo sauce would be a nice alternative that many people would love. �
Good selection on the brunch menu. I had the crab benedict. It was awesome. Kudos to AJ.
Love the place because you can sit outside on the patio. Chicken strips were the best I ever had. The coating on the Fish & Chips was the worst. Too bad they have a Brunch menu on Saturday till 3pm which is their downfault. Our waiters pants were low and his underwear was showing (a good 6inches) very unprofessional for a restaurant.
First time I have visited this place as I had not heard of it before. Quaint and cozy place located right on a lake with an amazing view. Our server Brandy was amazing and attentive without being over bearing. We had a variety of dishes that were all amazing. My personal dish was the pan seared catfish. Growing up here in Florida, I have always had fried catfish, this dish took it to a whole new heavenly level. Treated ever so delicately, while still having the densness of the cheese grits under it.
