So disappointed! Went in on Monday to order a fondant cake for our sons 14th birthday. Picked it up today, an hour before the party, took one look and knew we we screwed! I could have gotten something like this from walmart or Kroger for half the price! I showed them a picture of EXACTLY what we wanted, AND sent an email so they would have the picture on hand to make it. Everyone is so nice and I Ike the atmosphere. Their sweets are the best. :-)
I don't know what is going on at Julie's, but I bought a cinnamon roll this morning and it was horrible. They use to be big, tall and fluffy. This thing was flatter than my pancakes and so tough I couldn't even eat it.
Very rude when I called to ask about peanut safety for my daughters birthday cake. Not impressed with her level of customer service at all. In case you weren't aware. It's a life and death issue, not a preference.
Julie's team did my wedding cake and grooms cupcakes for my wedding and they turned out amazing. I showed a picture and they recreated it perfectly. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
Great customer services, great sweets, & they have Frank Brannan's lemonade? That basically makes them the best place ever!❤️
