I am admittedly biased, because I already know how much I love Julie's Sweet Shoppe, but I had the always perfectly simple and simply perfect frosted sugar cookies yesterday -- which were awesome as usual -- as well as a chocolate fried pie. This was new for me, and it was outstanding. Light crust, delicious chocolate filling...I had to jog a little extra to make up for it, but it was so-o-o-o-o worth it. I ordered my daughters cakes the other day and was told they would Cost 12.95 per cake, so I was okay with that and then when I went to pay for two cakes it was around 50.00. How does 26.00 end up being 50.00 well they did not let me know when I ordered a chevron pattern that it would cost 6.50 more for each cake. Ugh I am so mad about this. I may never go back there if the cakes do not look and taste awesome. They really need to let people know of extra cost before they order and pay for cakes.

My husband surprised me for my birthday with some petit fours and cupcakes from Julie's back in April. They were the most delicious sweets I have ever had!
