I did not enjoy my visit. I walked in my appointment was at 1 they said sit and wait for us while I picked my color. They didn’t get with me til 1:20 then the lady who says she’s ready for me sits me down and puts these ridiculous clips on my toes for my gel to soak, then she goes and works on another lady that’s already been there. I look around and there are three different employees sitting around on their phones and this one lady is working on three different people. Not to mention how unsanitary that is. lmao this lady was just running around on TikTok no shoes and had a flat attitude with no gratitude for our tip. I’m sure this place is fire but idk what she’s doing here. There was at least 5 eye rolls thrown into our singular checkout experience.
Another pedicure today since my birthday is coming up. It was good and most welcomed. I needed that massage chair also.
