Took my 2 yr old son and the heavy Set lady was impatient and held his head a little to hard and I said wait a min I don't like anyone doing that to my son and I noticed my son was crying and lo and behold the lady nicked my babies ear and I wouldn't of been told my husband noticed it and I brought to her attention and the owner and it was like nothing no apologies from either the owner nor the women that cut my sons hair���� So if you go there be aware they wil not tell you if something like this happens.
