Consumer Fraud ALERT! – In February, 2010, I reserved a Budget truck (via phone) for June 4 in Schererville, IN. At pickup “George”, the owner, and his assistant reviewed my account with me. They both verbally stated my bill was $1437.00. Everyone in my group heard this verbal exchange. I gave “George” $1440.00 in cash. He gave me a paper to sign, with just the signature part showing.
