I’ve had a great experience at this office. Joan, Rich, and Kat have been such a big help, always communicating with me in a timely manner, helping me get appointments, and greeting me with a smile. A retired MD, I’ve have had Dr Wu as my PCP for the past 10+ years. Her professionalism is unparalleled in today’s health care system. She spends time listening to her patients and explains conditions and therapy course in layman’s words. I have the utmost confidence in her. Her support staff, including nurses, aids and front office personnel are receptive and quickly respond to text messages for scheduling and refills. Dr Julie Wu is truly a doctor’s doctor.
One of the best family doctors I’ve ever had in my whole medical history for sure.
