Julie Wu is a great doctor, but good luck trying to call their office to do anything they never pick up the phone and leaving a voicemail doesn't do anything at all. Most of the staff seems like they don't want to be there, the guy at the front desk specifically. He is not friendly at all, he's not outright rude but he is sarcastic and kind of demeaning if you have more than 2 questions. For more than 8 years, I have been seeing with many different doctors and they all have been great. Recently I had medical issues that prevent me from working for the past 8 months. Today Dr. Zeng still as no idea what is causing my issues but told me, I have to go back to work or else get another job. It seems he doesn't care of my situation or doesn't believe I'm really sick.
Thu Pham the nurse practitioner is very irresponsible, very negligent, and very lazy. She's playing with people's lives, she refuses to listen, and is very dismissive. She does not take into consideration family history and will not listen to what your actual symptoms are. She will just try to pass you off to any specialist she can while addressing as little as possible while you wait months for those specialist referrals. Dr Wu is amazing. My whole family uses her and she is caring, friendly and will do whatever it takes to find out what you need.
Dr Julie Wu is my primary doctor for more then 5 years. She is amazing person, very professional, kind, have time to listen. The nurses working at the office are friendly, smiling, very important , professional. Thank you very much !!!
