Jessica Dembinski is not a trustworthy agent, she knew about high radon levels and she did not tell us and we ended up buying a house that has a radiation level of 8.4, and my kids have been exposed to that level of radiation, this is completely unethical and unprofessional, if you have to deal with Jessica Dembinski, always triple check her advices and her recommendations, and usually if she recommends any directions, you go the opposite one and always triple check.
