I called for an appointment with my PCP and was scheduled right away in the afternoon to see another attending as Dr Doug Levy is not available. Checked in at the front desk but got held up with palm scanner because it was not working. Waiting time at the front desk was okay. I was assisted probably by an intern and the main staff. I got inside and was seated by the nurse. She did not offer me a blanket or hospital gown to partially cover myself while waiting to get have my EKG done. friendly and clean for so many people. they came out every hour to let people in general know what's going on. wait times, number of beds, flu season, some people may be taken in out of order due to various factors. it was very thoughtful.
medical staff is amazing.
Great staff despite my booboo. laughed alot which i enjoyed.
I’ve never had a bad experience... only the “Sharp Experience” Doctor’s, nurses, and every employee I’ve ever come in contact with have been so kind and friendly. They truly care about their patients. I’m a LIFER!!!
