The Front Desk and Appointment Scheduling is TERRIBLE... the doctor's and nurses are GREAT.
Yesterday my doctor start rocky, elevador's were and had walk up six flights of stairs, not a good one.
My appointment was at 8:45 and they got me in at 8:30. Got great care from Dr. Thomas and got to work by 9:30!!
Dr Julie Roth and her nurse Michelle are the best. Dr Roth is the most caring doctor in the WORLD. Dr Sitler (Jamie) and Dr Ann Lopez (Ericka) @ the Health Care Center Dr location are head and shoulders above the rest! All three of these doctors have been instrumental in my health care and I am grateful grateful grateful!
Great staff !!! The people, including the doctors, all seem to really care. Very friendly and happy to help. Food is quite good also.
It took longer to register than to do intake with the nurse and Dr. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Friendly visit from start to finish!
Visiting area and staff was excellent and no waiting. Very good Service. Wasn't the best to know that I have influenza but at least they tested for it and confirmed it.
Dr. Hughes is amazing!! I have been getting Euflexxa shots in my knees. He is the best!! SO gentle and kind. The staff and nurses are amazing as well!
My visit was to the pain doctor. I was lucky, I called and was in the next day. I know that isn't the norm, but someone had just cancelled. This was the second time, they offered me a cancellation spot. You can tell they want to get you in as soon as possible. I was lucky and received a cortisone shot in the knee. Yesterday, I limped into the office. Today, no pain and no limp. I have always found the staff pleasant, interested in what is going on with me and looking for solutions that make clinical sense.
