Dr Reihsen is so kind, smart, and accurate. She’s been my doctor for almost three years and then 6 months ago I had a medical emergency and she saved my life with the correct diagnosis that could’ve been missed by most doctors. She knows what she’s doing. She really loves and cares about her patients. When you thought that your worst experience with the doctor who showed little concern in anything other than selling additional products, they send you a bill from almost a year ago claiming insurance was back logged. Refusing to give a medical provider that failed to actually produce care. Dr. Julie Reihsen should be ashamed of herself and her so called practice of kickbacks and upsales.
I have been a patient of Julie Reihsen for over 10 years with no complaints I have been pleased being her patient, and her bedside manner is great.
Staff gives conflicting information. I was signing up as a new patient and was put on hold to verify that New Medicare patients are accepted and to call back with my Medicare number. On call back I am summarily rejected as the Doctor is not accepting new Medicare patients!! This is with a 2 hour window!! Staff was unhelpful and unsympathetic. I've heard nothing but good things about the Doctor but her office staff is less than desirable.
Dr. Reihsen is truly amazing at what she does I adore her! Her office staff are also exceptional, I would highly recommend her to anyone 😊❤️
