Dentist did fine work, but the office is incompetent. Staff did not investigate insurance coverage and assumed coverage amounts and underestimated my insurance coverage by $500. They said they normally do a preauthorization but did not, and would not take any responsibility when they said a procedure would cost me $180 but instead they billed me the additional $500 three months later. This provider should have her privileges revoked. She is inconsiderate to the needs, concerns, and feelings of her patients. Her only goal seems to be to funnel consumers to her husband who is an oral surgeon. Beware of this unethical "dentist" and take your business to a person who appreciates and cares about helping you.
