I went in to soak off my acrylic nails, they told me the price and I agreed. They told me they had an appt for 10 am so I wouldn't be able to receive any other service at that time. So I sat down and they filed down the nails a bit with the e file and then proceeded to peel the nails off with a plastic nail tip 😭. My nails were left looking horrible and damaged. $15 for something that left my nails damaged is ridiculous. If time was an issue refuse the client dont do something that causes harm.

I called to come in for a structured gel removal and dip manicure, never been in the past. Even though I had an appointment I had to wait almost 20 minutes. I came in with the exact shape and length from a previous appointment (at a different salon) so I really just wanted a color change, and from gel to dip powder. The man who removed the gel also started reshaping my nails and now they are all varying lengths and shapes, despite my request to keep it all the same. The first time was a good experience. Not so good the 2nd & 3rd times. I had a different tech. I liked the first one much better. The last time I went was on a Thursday and I was told there were NO available appointments until Monday! I left my name and number to call in case of a cancellation. I decided to call the shop 5 minutes after I left and was told to come in to get my nails done! Went in today and was told there would be no one available until 3pm.
