Julie Matthews is absolutely wonderful. On meeting her, I felt instantly relaxed and very welcomed. She is a treasure trove of information and understanding, taking all the time needed to explain in understandable terms exactly what's going to happen and how to prepare for my upcoming colonoscopy.
