Excellent experience, super professional and caring. Got me in very quickly.
I went there for a skin evaluation with the PA. I just got a bill for the visit, and eventually I found out they used the wrong icd code. They billed a D49.2, instead of the preventative code Z12.83. I spoke to their billing company who told me it couldn't be billed incorrectly. I called Dr Lowe's office, which no one answered, and left a message. I will give more stars if they fix this, and will plan to take off stars of they refuse to fix it. Their billing company is incredibly rude!

I have NEVER been treated with such rudeness and disrespect as I have been by front end staff. The website and Google page had incorrect hours. When I called for clarification, no one answered, and I did not receive a call back after leaving a message. I showed up tight as they "opened" to be told I never called - showed my call log amd Google page to be told I would not be seen. I was less than 15 mins late. No grace at all.
