No issue with the dentist just the scheduling, multiple appointments canceled day of. today’s appointment canceled while sitting in the waiting room for a half hour, office seems to just expect their clients to keep taking time off work and losing money as if it’s no big deal to just reschedule constantly.
I had the same dentist for 30 years and when he retired, I switched to Julie. Her office staff is buttoned up, dental assistants and Hygienists extremely careful and competent. I've been planning to keep my own teeth forever and after 72 years, it looks like I will. Julie will help!
Without question the best dental experience one could hope for, from knowledgeable, skillful and professional attention to caring and thoughtful assistance to patients' needs.
Dr. Greenlaw is committed to continuing education so I can feel confident that she's right up-to-date. The specialists to whom we have been referred have been highly professional as well. Also, we are very pleased with the hygienist who cleans our teeth. Schedulers do what they can to accommodate our calendars and are very good about working in urgent concerns.
