Julie is the best realtor I know. She was very patient with us and always give the best advice. As a first time homebuyer, We been looking for a house for months and we were about to stop because of this crazy market but Julie will always come up with the right words to let us know that she will find us something. Julie has been fantastic throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer and a foreigner navigating this new world is not always easy but Julie has made it as easier as possible. She actively search house within my long list of criteria and helped me with the paperwork and several follow up with my landlord. I am very thankful for all her amazing work. Absolutely recommend !!
As a first time homebuyer, Julie made the process really easy to understand. She was available for any and all questions when I needed. Plus, she accommodated my schedule for home tours which I really appreciated since I was traveling to town for tours. We had an incredible experience buying our home with Julie. She was very professional and easy going. She was always available via text to answer our questions, and always found a way to accommodate us to tour homes. She always gave us her honest opinion on the homes which we valued greatly. We would highly recommend Julie to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home, and will absolutely hire her in the future for any realtor needs.
If I could give more stars I would! Went above and beyond to help us shop for a new home, listened to everything we needed to say, and even dumbed down some of the big words that were used when signing at closing .
