5 stars for Dr Hanna who is kind, caring, compassionate, and professional. Always on time. 0 stars for the 4 front desk staff. When we arrived, the door was locked. They sat and laughed at us, one of them even gave a "helpful" (bordering on mocking) demonstrating gesture about how to open a door. Went on for several minutes before one of them finally got up and let us in. Explanations ranged from "the building is locked down" to "sometimes it sticks". Still irritated about that.
